Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies

We would be delighted to help your business celebrate with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

Does your company meet the following criteria?

  • A current Chamber member in good standing
  • Opened its doors in the last 6 months
  • Changed ownership or is under new management
  • Moved to a new location
  • Has been remodeled or expanded at its present location

Schedule A Ribbon Cutting

  • Contact the Chamber to check proposed date for conflicts
  • Allow the Chamber a minimum of two weeks notice (three weeks is even better)
  • Schedule your ribbon cutting between 5:30 and 6:30 P.M.
  • The Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce cannot guarantee participation on the weekend.

The Walnut Creek Chamber agrees to...

  • Send representatives from the Ambassadors, The Chamber’s public relations arm
  • Provide ribbon and ceremonial scissors
  • Take pictures
  • Provide a complimentary VIP mailing list
  • Provide membership labels at a discounted price
