We joined Galpao Gaucho a Brazilian steak house for their ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their grand opening in Walnut Creek. The inside of the restaurant is very elegant with high beaming ceilings and is extremely spacious. Their menu is inspired by the Gaucho culture and the authentic dining tradition of the Brazilian cowboy. They have 17 different cuts of meats ranging from beef, lamb, chicken, pork and fish. They also have a great bar with Brazilian cocktails and a salad bar.
