Join us for a panel discussion with Founder and President of Renascence IT Consulting, Inc., Kirk Lesser and Senior HR Compliance Analyst of Insperity, Kelley Zanfardino, SPHR-CA, SCP, to reduce the HIRT in your business.

The discussion will include what and why to update handbooks; what policies are needed for remote work and BYOD initiatives. We will also discuss training employees on how to respond to cyber threats and returning to the workplace post pandemic.

Kirk Lesser – Founder and President of Renascence IT Consulting, Inc.
 
Kirk is the founder and visionary behind Renascence IT Consulting, Inc. From an early age, computers were always a part of his life; dating back to the days of the Apple II when he was a software reviewer and game tester. Since that time, he has served as everything from system administrator to IT business director for well-established firms and Fortune 500 companies throughout the Bay Area.
 
With close to 30 years of industry experience under his belt, Kirk took a leap of faith and left the corporate world in 2005 to try his hand at consulting. Today, RenIT as it is often referred to, is a reflection of his personal devotion to business and innovation.
 
Renascence IT Consulting was officially incorporated in 2010. The company learned that the best IT goes beyond normal Managed Service or Consulting practices found elsewhere. We accomplish this through our strict processes and educating our businesses on how to lower risk, increase productivity, and use technology as a tool to accelerate their company.

Kelley has over 30 years of Human Resources experience focusing on employee relations, leave and disability management, liability management, and strategic human capital planning. She has experience in multi-state requirements and is certified in California compliance. Kelley has worked with clients of all sizes and in a variety of industries, leading them through change and growth in their industries. Aligning HR compliance controls with organizational objectives is an area that Kelley enjoys.
