Finance 101: Trust and Estate Planning – What You Really Need to Know

Finance 101, presented by the Walnut Creek Library Foundation, is a series of three free workshops facilitated by local financial and legal experts and designed to provide information on financial planning for the long-term. Experts will discuss tax planning; trust and estate planning; and special needs planning. A brief Q&A will follow each presentation.
 

An effective estate plan allows your wishes to be carried out while minimizing costs and conflicts. Join local estate planning attorney, R. Gordon Baker, Jr., as he explains the estate planning process for arranging for an efficient transfer of your property and providing for your care, should you need it, in an efficient manner.

R. Gordon Baker, Jr. is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, California Board of Legal Specialization. Baker has over 30 years of experience and has received many commendations. He holds a Master of Laws and Letters, a postgraduate degree in taxation law, and is rated an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
