Roots Rock, Twang, R&B and Americana…”
“…this is roots Americana of a high order… there’s plenty of good stuff in such genres as soul, rockabilly, country and get this, 1970s English pub rock… Twang-Ucopia is very much a bunch of mates having agood time knocking out their set live in the studio with minimal overdubs…”

Based in San Jose, CA Tortilla Soup was founded in 2003 by Trumpet Player Robert Payne. One thing for sure the talent and experience of each and every member of Tortilla Soup is amazing. From the beginning days of Tortilla Soup the talent of musicianship started at a high level where half of the members had toured and played with Tower of Power and the other half had played with MALO. Tortilla Soup is now a 9 piece band that includes a three piece horn section that plays a variety of music from the 1960’s to the present with an emphasis on groups such as Tower of Power, Tierra, Malo, Santana, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, The Gap band and Michael Jackson just to name a few. It is amazing that even though Tortilla Soup is a cover band we have been called several times to share the stage and open up for top musical legends in the HISTORY OF MUSIC! Such as:
Little Joe y La Familia, The Texas Tornados, Malo, Tierra, El Chicano, Thee Midniters, Sunny Ozuna, Rene Rene, Joe Bataan, Pete Escovedo, Confunkshun, Club Nouveau, Barbara Lewis, Deniece Williams, Zapp, Rose Royce, Evelyn Champagne King, The Delfonics, Lenny Williams
We give all praise and glory to our creator for the blessing to live our dream as musicians and artist.

More breweries coming soon…!
Rich, bold and luscious Butter Bubbles, California is the perfect party pour to pop any day of the week. Made from a proprietary blend of white grapes and double-fermented, this golden sparkling wine bursts with juicy, creamy flavors. Birthdays, bathtubs and besties–everything’s better with Butter Bubbles!
Cote des Roses
Celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc appellation stretches alongside the Mediterranean coast. The soils vary, mainly with hard limestone and schist, but also gravel transported from the rivers of the Languedoc region. The bottle is original with its base in the shape of a rose, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses! Tasting notes. The robe shows a soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy.
A crisp and refreshing Pinot Grigio with aromas and flavors of fresh melon, green apple and a hint of honeysuckle. Perfect with salmon, mussels and seafood in general.
Intrinsic Sauvignon Blanc
Smells like freshly cut tropical fruits like kiwis, mangos, and a hint of oranges. The palate is extremely balanced, with good and active natural acidity. This is just a straight-up solid Savvy B for any occasion. Perfect for all day sipping.
Flat Top Hills Chardonnay
The Tasting Panel-Monterey, California – “This textural beauty allures with aromas of key lime. From there, it holds richness in check, but its expressive nature is apparent. The mouthfeel is superb, with notes of succulent stone fruit and ripe pineapple.”
Simple Life Pinot Noir
The Simple Life Pinot Noir is a refreshing wine with subtle hints of red licorice and vanilla. Aged for ten months in 100% French oak, this delicious red wine goes down smooth and pairs wonderfully with both chicken and turkey.
McManis Petite Sirah
California- There’s lots to like in this soft, simple Petite Sirah. It shows the variety’s full-bodied tannins, and its flavors of blackberry and cherry jam are ripe and juicy.
1924 Double Black, Cabernet Sauvignon
The fruit for the Double Black Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested during the cool early morning hours. Following de-stemming, the grapes were fermented slowly in stainless steel fermenters and then pressed gently into stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine is aged on a blend of American and French oak while another portion is maintained in stainless steel, providing blending options for the winemaker to craft a bold and structured wine. Pair this full-bodied wine with equally bold dishes: spicy chorizo chili, barbecue brisket or garlic chicken wings.
Gato Negro Malbec
Soft and warm, with a tempting velvety texture and notes of plum. Meow-nificent. Aromas and flavors. Delight in the warm and soft flavors and aromas, with plum notes and hints of vanilla. A delicious mouthfeel, medium body and firm structure.
Serial Red Blend No1
Serial Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles strikes the perfect balance of dark, lush fruit and structure. Ripe blackcurrant, roasted fig and cocoa notes give way to complex layers of toasted spice and vanilla on the finish. Our excitement and commitment to the region and this series of wines is captured in their richness and opulence.
